1. Prices and pricing errors

Prices shown on the website and in the app are for information only and do not oblige the company to sell at that exact price.

The system may make mistakes and allow a purchase at an understated price. In that case the company may issue an additional invoice with justification within 72 hours.

If the additional invoice is not paid, the company refunds the amount paid and takes the product back; return shipping is at the seller's expense.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving the product.

The company may refuse a return, as well as discounts, if the product shows clear signs of use.

3. Limitation of liability

The company is not obliged to compensate for burns or other injuries sustained while using a purchased product and is not responsible for the consequences of its use.

The company is not liable if a purchased product — a spare part, gadget or other item — damages or disables another device.

The user is solely responsible for the results of using purchased products.

The company is not responsible for the use of purchased products for war or military purposes.

4. Acceptable use

Using the products to build unlawful devices is prohibited.

Using the products to deceive people anywhere in the world is prohibited.

Using the products to harm nature, animals or people is prohibited.

Using the products to manufacture prohibited substances, including those with sedative or addictive effects, is prohibited.

Using the products to distribute narcotic or relaxant substances is prohibited.

Using the products to create prohibited content or 18+ content is prohibited.

Using the products to manufacture or sell alcohol and tobacco products is prohibited.

Using the products to manufacture counterfeit goods or copies of branded products is prohibited.

Using the products for war or military purposes is prohibited.

The company may refuse a sale to any customer without explanation.

5. Age restrictions

Products sold on the website and in the app are not intended for children under 9.

Batteries of 9 V and above and high-voltage products may not be purchased by children or anyone under 18.

6. User obligations

At the company's request, the user must state the purpose for which they are purchasing high-voltage, potentially dangerous or presumably dual-use products.

7. Reviews

The company may demand removal of a negative review the buyer cannot substantiate, and may take the matter to court.

8. Dispute resolution

All conflicts are resolved first of all through direct two-way communication.

The company undertakes to answer user questions within 72 hours of the first message.
